Dr.-Ing. Ole Brettschneider
Ole Brettschneider founded Refraxys after almost two decades in the tantalum, niobium and rhenium industry, covering roles from production management to chief commercial officer.
He ran tantalum and niobium production in Goslar, managed the Laufenburg site, led a global rhenium business and was responsible for worldwide sales of tantalum and niobium products, from capacitor powders to chemicals for semiconductors and powders for additive manufacturing.
Before that he worked as a process engineer at BASF and Bayer Technology Services. He holds a doctorate in process engineering from TU Berlin.
That combination is what Refraxys offers: someone who can judge a material, a plant and a contract, and who knows the people on both sides of the trade.
